I am the founder of Scoopzilla and I live to eat, not eat to live. I graduated from Santa Clara University, where I boxed for the boxing team. Afterwards I started my career in the finance industry, but the dream was to always be in the food industry. I am a self-taught chef, who learned the very basics from my Grandma as a child. I was also an apprentice chef at a restaurant called The Table. As I grew up I always resonated with the kitchen. There, I dove into a world of my own where I can create and experiment with endless opportunities. Even though I love cooking and eating good food, the best part was how it brought people together and unforgettable memories were made.

I'm a San Jose native and recent graduate from San Jose State University, where I studied the subject of Business Entrepreneurship. As a student, I was a heavily involved member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional co-ed business fraternity on campus. I grew up in a family surrounded by hard workers and people who had a passion for cooking by working at Thai Spoons, my small family restaurant. I love garlic, spicy foods and anything with noodles. I drink coffee so much that I have a medium roast blood type. Hobbies include skateboarding, going to the gym, and eating ice cream before dinner.

I grew up in San Jose, CA in a family of chefs and bakers. My parents use to own a traditional Chinese Bakery called Century Bakery. Under the mentorship of my parents, I have grown to appreciate the art of cooking and running small businesses. I graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics and I'm currently working at Apple as a Project Manager. Although I dedicate time to work at Apple, my passion is to make delicious treats for family and friends.
